The purpose of this AUP is to ensure the lawful, ethical, and responsible use of The Cloud Dial's telecommunications, messaging, voice, SIP, CPaaS, contact center, cloud communication, and related services.

Fraudulent Activities

Customers shall not use services for:

Identity theft

Phishing campaigns

Financial fraud

Social engineering attacks

Scams or deceptive practices

Illegal Communications

Illegal robocalling

Unsolicited bulk messaging (spam)

Harassing or threatening communications

Transmission of unlawful content

Activities violating local, national, or international laws

Telecom Abuse

Traffic pumping

Artificial traffic generation

Call masking or spoofing without authorization

SIM farming

PBX hacking

Toll fraud

CLI manipulation

High-Risk Messaging

Unauthorized A2P messaging

SMS phishing (smishing)

Malware distribution

Misleading marketing campaigns

Messaging without recipient consent

Network Abuse

Denial-of-Service attacks

Unauthorized system access

Port scanning

Service disruption attempts

Distribution of malicious software

Customer Responsibilities

Customers must:

Maintain accurate account information

Obtain all required consents before placing calls or sending messages

Comply with TCPA, FCC, TRAI, GDPR, and applicable regulations

Secure their systems and credentials

Cooperate with abuse investigations

Monitoring & Enforcement

The Cloud Dial reserves the right to:

Monitor traffic patterns

Investigate suspicious activity

Request additional verification

Suspend or restrict services

Terminate accounts without notice in cases of serious violations

Reporting Violations

Report suspected abuse to:

The Cloud Dial may update this policy at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
