TCD Connect Pvt Ltd provides cloud-based IP PBX systems, SIP trunking, call tracking software (Diallytics), and unified communication solutions. All services are subject to availability and the terms of the respective service agreements.
3. User Responsibilities
Users must provide accurate, complete, and current information.
Users are responsible for safeguarding their account credentials.
Services must not be used for fraudulent, unlawful, or abusive purposes.
4. Payment Terms
All invoices are payable as per the due date mentioned.
Late payments may attract penalties or suspension of service.
All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise specified.
5. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled with 7 days’ notice.
No refunds are provided for services already rendered or setup fees.
Any exceptions to this policy will be at the sole discretion of TCD Connect Pvt Ltd.
6. Data & Privacy
We follow standard practices to protect your data. For more information, please refer to our Privacy Policy. Client call data and recordings are stored securely and used only for service delivery and analytics.
7. Limitation of Liability
TCD Connect Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services.
8. Service Modifications
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service with or without notice. Efforts will be made to inform users in advance whenever possible.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi.
